Position Overview
We seek an experienced National Sales Manager with 10+ years in chemical sales and a proven track record in leadership. You will lead our national sales strategy, manage cross-functional teams, and expand market share while fostering long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate a nationwide sales team to exceed KPIs.
  • Market Analysis: Identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats to refine tactics.
  • Client Management: Strengthen relationships with key accounts and negotiate high-value contracts.
  • Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, R&D, and Supply Chain to align sales initiatives.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track metrics, analyze data, and implement improvements.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies.
  • Reporting: Deliver insights and forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications Required

    • 10+ years in chemical sales, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
    • Masters degree in Business, Chemistry, or related field.
    • Strong strategic planning, negotiation, and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
    • Willingness to travel nationally.
