Job Description

1. Purpose of Job (Objectives):

Achieving given sales volume / targets of district through managing assigned team by comprehensive coverage of targeted customers while ensuring the value recovery within credit limit days and ensuring timely execution of planned promotional activities during a given period.

2. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To achieve the assigned sales volume and value targets
  • To ensure comprehensive coverage of targeted customers as per “Clients List” by TSO / TSE / TSM.
  • To work in the field with each TSO / TSE at least one complete day in a week at base town and at least once in a Quarter with TSO / TSE at out-station.
  • Regular personal visits to major customers / dealers for strengthening business relationship and taking prompt actions for resolving their pending issues.
  • Assuring visit to each base town distributor once in a week at least once in a Quarter to each out-station distributor.
  • Taking personal responsibility for regular stock audit of each distributor / dealer / stockiest on quarterly basis.
  • Effective planning / execution / follow-up of “Customer Education Events” (carpenter / plumber / dealer party, product trials) by all team members.
  • Making sure that each TSO / TSE / TSM is regularly submitting the required reports as per given deadlines.
  • Development of the team through regular guidance, coaching and keeping team motivated to ensure retention.

3. Key Performance Indicators:

  • Achieving of assigned yearly sales targets. (Weight: 45%)
  • Achieving the given target per team member per month
  • Visit all distributors and Key Customers twice in every month in base town and once in every Quarter at out-station. (Weight: 15%)
  • Ensure execution of all planned promotional activities and submission of all applied reports by self and team members. (Weight: 15%)
