Job Description
1. Purpose of Job (Objectives):
Achieving zonal sales volume and value targets through designing efficient & effective tactical & operational plans and ensuring consistent support to all members of managing assigned team by comprehensive coverage of targeted customers while ensuring the value recovery within credit limit days. Timely execution of planned promotional activities by all team members during a given period.
2. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- To achieve the assigned sales volume and value targets
- To perform effective coaching and training of Zonal sales and marketing team.
- To ensure effective and timely planning / execution / follow-up of (carpenter / plumber / Car washer/ dealer party) plans on district and territories level. Brand activation activities (display, POP / POS, shop board, counter vinyl etc.) at all assigned districts and territories with assistance.
- To ensure submission of Monthly demand before 20th of every month.
- To ensure that each TSO / TSE / TSM / DSM is regularly submitting the required reports as per given deadlines.
- To ensure that credit days of Zone should remain within allowed limit.
- To ensure the implementation of Sales procedures and policies according to company policy and audit requirements.
- To effectively manage all logistics and warehouse activities of zone.
- Any other task assigned by NSM/ Director Adhesives.
3. Key Performance Indicators:
- Achieving assigned Zone yearly sales targets. (Weight: 35%)
- Achieving the given target per team member per month
- Visiting all distributors and Key Customers once in every month in base town and once in every Quarter at out-station. (Weight: 25%)
- Ensuring execution of all planned promotional activities and submission of all applied reports by self and team members. (Weight: 15%)
