Job Description

SRC Pvt. Ltd. (Lahore Office) is seeking an energetic and target-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead B2B sales growth in the Packaging Industry.
The ideal candidate will have a strong business background with hands-on experience in the production of corrugated board or packaging products, along with a passion for building lasting client relationships and driving revenue growth.

Position: Business Development Manager (Packaging Industry – B2B Sales)
Location: Lahore – SRC Pvt. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement B2B sales strategies to expand market presence in the packaging sector.
Identify, approach, and acquire new industrial clients, distributors, and OEM partners.
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
Collaborate with production and technical teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively.
Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and proposals for management review.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Sales (required).
Experience: Minimum 4–6 years of proven B2B industrial sales experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on experience in the production of corrugated board or the packaging industry.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of industrial sales processes and customer relationship management.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
