Job Description
SRC Pvt. Ltd. (Lahore Office) is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin / Legal Executive to support administrative operations and ensure legal and regulatory compliance across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in legal documentation, compliance, and administrative coordination, with practical knowledge of labor laws, contracts, and corporate governance.
Position: Admin / Legal Executive
Location: Lahore – SRC Pvt. Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and maintain company contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Coordinate with legal advisors, government authorities, and regulatory departments as needed.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, EOBI, Social Security, and other statutory requirements.
Maintain records of licenses, renewals, legal notices, and company registrations.
Support HR & Admin teams in disciplinary actions, IR documentation, and grievance handling.
Manage general administrative operations, correspondence, and filing systems.
Provide legal and administrative assistance during audits, inspections, and internal reviews.
Draft internal reports, letters, and official communications for management.
Requirements:
Education:
• LLB (Preferred)
• Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field may also be considered.
Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in legal affairs, admin operations, or corporate compliance, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Excellent drafting, communication, and coordination skills.
Strong understanding of Pakistani labor and corporate laws.
Proficient in MS Office and document management systems.
