SRC Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Zonal Sales Manager (ZSM) to lead sales operations and market expansion for the Adhesives Division in the Karachi Region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving zonal sales performance, strengthening distributor networks, and expanding market presence.

Position: Zonal Sales Manager – Adhesives
Location: Karachi – SRC Pvt Ltd

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute zonal sales strategies to achieve assigned targets.
* Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team across the Karachi region.
* Identify and develop new markets, distributors, and business opportunities.
* Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing distributors and key customers.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
* Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and production teams to ensure smooth operations.
* Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and presentations for senior management.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
5–8 years of relevant sales experience (experience range may be flexible based on profile strength).
Prior experience in adhesives or industrial products will be preferred.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to analyze market data and drive results in a competitive environment.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
