SRC Pvt Ltd is looking for a skilled and passionate Polymer Engineer to join our technical team. The selected candidate will support polymer processing, material development, quality assurance, and production optimization while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Position: Polymer Engineer
Location: Lahore – SRC Pvt Ltd
Key Responsibilities:
• Support polymer production, processing, and compounding operations.
• Assist in formulation development, testing, and performance evaluation of polymer materials.
• Monitor process parameters and ensure compliance with SOPs and quality standards.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams to resolve material or process-related issues.
• Conduct trials, testing, and documentation for new and existing polymer products.
• Ensure adherence to EHS guidelines and good housekeeping practices.
• Maintain technical reports, production records, and quality documentation.
Requirements:
BS Polymer Engineering from UET (or a recognized university).
0–3 years of relevant experience in polymer, plastics, rubber, or manufacturing industry (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Knowledge of polymer materials, processing techniques, and testing methods.
Familiarity with extrusion, injection molding, or related polymer processes is an advantage.
Strong analytical skills, teamwork, and eagerness to learn and grow.
