A leading FMCG organization is looking for a dynamic *Zonal Sales Manager (ZSM)* to lead and grow our *Home Care Division* in the *North Region (Islamabad & KPK)*. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving regional sales growth, strengthening market presence, and managing distributor and field teams to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve regional *monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets* in line with the company’s business plan.
* Ensure strong *field presence* to improve product availability, merchandising standards, and market visibility.
* Identify *category growth opportunities* and implement strategies to increase brand and market share.
* Monitor *sales performance, financial data, and market insights*, providing accurate reports to senior management.
* Set clear sales objectives for *ZSM teams and territory staff* and ensure effective execution in the market.
* Coordinate with *supply chain and operations* to maintain optimal inventory and timely order fulfillment.
* Expand market coverage by identifying *new towns, channels, and growth opportunities*.
* Plan and evaluate *promotional campaigns* to ensure positive financial impact and brand growth.
* Manage *distributor performance, ROI, and operational efficiency* to strengthen long-term partnerships.
* Provide *training, coaching, and field support* to sales teams to enhance selling capabilities and execution.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
4–5 years of FMCG sales experience, preferably in the Home Care category.
Strong leadership, analytical, and distributor management skills.
Willingness to travel across the *North Region (Islamabad & KPK).
