Job Description

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  • 2–4 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in sales or business development

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, market segments, and potential clients to expand the customer base.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales Revenue & Marketing Support: Support the sales team in achieving revenue targets through strategic planning and marketing initiatives.
  • Proposal and Contract Management: Prepare, review, and manage business proposals, quotations, and contracts with clients.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track sales team performance, analyze KPIs, and generate periodic reports for management review.
