Position: Management Trainee Officer – Sales
Lahore & Karachi Offices

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily sales operations, customer coordination, and order management
• Visit markets, retailers, distributors, and clients to promote company products
• Introduce and explain product offerings to customers during field visits
• Achieve assigned sales and promotional targets
• Conduct market research and collect customer feedback for business insights
• Prepare sales reports, documentation, and performance updates
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service
• Learn sales strategies and contribute to team objectives under guidance
Requirements:

• Education: BBA or MBA (Marketing / Sales / Business) – Fresh graduates encouraged
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Energetic, confident, and target-oriented mindset
• Own bike required for field visits
• Strong interest in Sales, Marketing, and field activities
