Job Description
SRC Pvt. Ltd. (Lahore Office) is seeking a proactive and organized professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Admin & HR.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in HR operations, administrative management, legal compliance, and industrial relations (IR), with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, and employee relations.
Oversee administrative functions such as office management, logistics, and vendor coordination.
Support legal compliance activities, including maintaining labor law documentation and coordinating with legal advisors when required.
Handle industrial relations (IR) matters, including grievance handling, disciplinary procedures, and employee engagement.
Ensure compliance with EOBI, Social Security, and other labor regulations.
Maintain employee records, attendance, payroll inputs, and HR documentation.
Implement and enforce HR and administrative policies in coordination with management.
Assist in organizing employee welfare and training initiatives to promote a positive work culture.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 5–8 years of relevant experience in HR, Admin, and IR functions, with working knowledge of labor law compliance.
Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and HR management software.
