SRC Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive, analytical, and motivated professional to join our Business Development & Sourcing Team as a Business Development Executive. This role offers excellent exposure to market research, sourcing, supplier coordination, and business expansion activities within the local chemical industry. Business Development Executive
Location: Lahore Office
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and industry trends
• Assist in sourcing raw materials/products including supplier identification and negotiation
• Maintain and manage relationships with suppliers and customers
• Analyze import data, market trends, taxes, and duty structures
• Prepare professional reports, presentations, and business documentation
• Support sales and business development initiatives to meet targets
• Assess risks and propose solutions for sourcing and supply chain activities
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth execution of business operations

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Polymer Sciences, or Chemical Engineering
• 3–5 years of experience in business development, chemical sales, or sourcing
• Strong command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Confident communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Understanding of chemical industry dynamics is a plus
