SRC Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly motivated and analytical Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Research & Development to join our innovative team. The selected candidate will support R&D activities, product development, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives in line with company standards.
Position: MTO – Research & Development
Location: Lahore – SRC Pvt. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in research and development activities related to new and existing products.
* Support laboratory trials, testing, and validation of formulations and processes.
* Collect, analyze, and document experimental data and test results.
* Assist senior R&D staff in product improvement and innovation projects.
* Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and SOPs.
* Maintain proper documentation, reports, and R&D records.
* Coordinate with production and quality teams during trials and scale-up activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering / Materials Science / Relevant Discipline.
Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
Basic understanding of laboratory practices, product development, and testing procedures.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
