SRC Pvt Ltd is looking for a detail-oriented *Accounts & Finance Executive* to join our *Home Care Division*. The ideal candidate will support financial planning, receivable management, and reporting while coordinating closely with the Sales team to ensure financial accuracy and control.

Key Responsibilities:

Support budgeting, sales forecasting, and variance analysis.
Manage customer ledger reconciliations and monitor receivables.
Verify customer payments and control trade discounts and promotional schemes.
Assist in monthly closing, financial reporting, and coordination with the Sales team.

Experience:

3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in FMCG.
Experience in receivable management, reconciliations, and ERP systems (*SAP / Oracle*).
Strong MS Excel skills.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
Part-qualified ICMA / ACCA / CIMA will be an added advantage.
