Accounts & Finance Executive – Home Care Division | SRC Pvt Ltd

*Key Responsibilities*

* Support budgeting, sales forecasts, and variance analysis.
* Manage customer ledger reconciliations and receivable monitoring.
* Verify customer payments and control trade discounts & promotional schemes.
* Assist in monthly closing, financial reporting, and coordination with the Sales team.

Experience

* 3–5 years relevant experience, preferably in *FMCG*.
* Experience in receivable management, reconciliation, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).
* Strong *MS Excel* skills.

Qualification

* Bachelor’s degree in *Commerce, Accounting, or Finance*.
* Part-qualified *ICMA / ACCA / CIMA* will be an advantage.

Manage cash flow planning, financing transactions, and bank reconciliations while maintaining accurate records in SAP.
* Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for credit facilities, financing arrangements, and borrowing documentation.
* Monitor financing activities including Ijarah transactions, banking dealings, and financial reporting to management and banks.
* Oversee inventory valuation, stock reporting, insurance matters, and coordination with auditors, banks, and other financial stakeholders.
