SRC Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and experienced *Assistant Manager – Procurement* to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage procurement and import activities, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely availability of materials while maintaining cost efficiency and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage procurement and import activities including sourcing, order placement, and timely delivery of materials.
* Coordinate with local and international suppliers for quotations, negotiations, order confirmations, and shipment schedules.
* Handle import documentation, duty calculations, and ensure compliance with customs regulations and company policies.
* Track orders and shipments, resolve delays or documentation issues, and coordinate with logistics and inventory teams.
* Maintain supplier relationships, monitor supplier performance, and identify alternative sourcing options.
* Prepare procurement and import reports, analyze costs, and recommend improvements for better efficiency and cost control.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
* 4–6 years of relevant experience in procurement and import operations.
* Strong negotiation, coordination, and analytical skills.
