SRC Pvt Ltd is expanding its Adhesives Division and is looking for motivated and results-oriented Field Sales Officers to drive business growth in key markets. This role is ideal for individuals with strong sales expertise and a passion for building long-term customer relationships in industrial and retail sectors.

Position:  Field Sales Officer – Adhesives
Locations: Karachi

Your Role:
Drive sales growth and achieve assigned targets within the Field.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and industrial clients.
Promote adhesive products across sectors such as construction, furniture, packaging, and manufacturing.
Identify new customers and expand market coverage.
Ensure product availability, visibility, and effective market execution.
Monitor competitor activity and provide market feedback.
Manage receivables and ensure timely collections.
Maintain accurate sales reporting and market data.

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in adhesives, packaging chemicals, construction materials, or FMCG sectors.
Strong understanding of market dynamics and distribution networks.
Own transport with willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Self-driven, proactive, and results-focused mindset.
