At SRC Pvt. Ltd., we are deeply committed to contributing to a sustainable future. Our sustainability initiatives are designed to align with the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which aim to end poverty, protect the planet, and ensure prosperity for all. Through our innovative green initiatives, we are making a tangible impact on several key SDGs, helping to create a more sustainable, inclusive, and resilient world.
Additionally, our Reverse Osmosis (RO) plant allows us to recycle and reuse water, reducing freshwater consumption and minimizing our environmental impact. Through these efforts, we actively contribute to cleaner water systems and healthier aquatic ecosystems, in alignment with SDG 14: Life Below Water.

1. Affordable and Clean Energy (SDG 7)
We have implemented a 300 kW solar energy system that generates clean electricity, reducing our reliance on non-renewable sources. Our solar heating system further supports this by providing energy-efficient heating solutions, contributing to affordable and clean energy for our operations. Through these efforts, we are significantly reducing carbon emissions and promoting sustainable energy solutions.
2. Decent Work and Economic Growth (SDG 8)
Our sustainability efforts are not only focused on environmental impact but also on driving economic growth. By investing in renewable energy technologies like solar and biogas, we are creating new job opportunities in clean energy sectors, fostering innovation, and ensuring long-term economic benefits. Additionally, our sustainable practices help improve operational efficiency, driving both environmental and economic growth for SRC Pvt. Ltd.
3. Responsible Consumption and Production (SDG 12)
SRC Pvt. Ltd. is committed to responsible consumption and production through our biogas plant, which turns organic waste into clean energy, and our Effluent Treatment and Reverse Osmosis plants, which recycle and reuse water. These initiatives help reduce waste, promote circular economy principles, and conserve resources, minimizing our environmental impact while ensuring sustainable production processes.
4. Climate Action (SDG 13)
We are actively engaged in climate action by reducing our carbon footprint. Our solar and biogas systems save approximately 810 metric tons of CO₂ per annum, directly contributing to the global effort to combat climate change. By minimizing greenhouse gas emissions and supporting renewable energy, we are doing our part to mitigate climate change and build a sustainable future.
5. Life on Land (SDG 15)
The environmental impact of our sustainability initiatives extends to preserving natural ecosystems. By reducing CO₂ emissions, we are helping to protect biodiversity and contribute to healthier ecosystems. Additionally, our efforts in water conservation and waste management contribute to maintaining a clean and healthy environment for all life forms.
6. Life Below Water (SDG 14)
At SRC Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to preserving aquatic ecosystems through our Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP), which ensures that wastewater from our operations is treated and free from harmful pollutants before being released. This helps protect local water bodies, prevent marine pollution, and support aquatic life.
